Creamy Five Minute Vanilla Protein Mousse

Vanilla Protein Mousse

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla whey powder
  • ½ cup of sultanas
  • 1 teaspoon of All spices
  • ¼ cup puffed quinoa 

  • ¼ cup of raw seed mix
  • 1 fresh fig - thinly sliced

Alternatives - you can use honey to add sweetness instead of flavoured yogurt. If you don't have allspice you can use cinnamon in its place. You can use any fruit of your choice

Perfect afternoon snack for when you are feeling down on energy or a creamy dessert when you want something sweet. Plus it only takes 5 mins and fills you up.


Step 1

Place the yogurt, protein powder, and a sprinkle of sultanas into a bowl and whisk until it becomes a mousse-like texture. About 3-4 mins.

Step 2

Add the seeds, puffed quinoa, all-spice, and remaining sultanas. Then stir through with your whisk

Step 3

Scoop a serving of the mixture into a bowl with a large spoon and place the thinly sliced fig on top.

Step 4 

For an extra crunch, I recommend sprinkling some more seeds/ puffed quinoa over the top of your serving.
