
How it Started
eKu was founded by Australian housewares directors and husband-and-wife team Jeremy and Kylie.
They created eKu from inspiration gained designing and developing homeware brands for international companies. From private label products for supermarkets to leading department store brands this kitchen powerhouse couple are known throughout the industry, always aspiring to develop better product from the best quality materials. A designed product has that Aha! moment when you pick it up , and you just know you’ll use it.
Teamed with daughter Steph the brands social media, customer care and website design . Together they have created a truly beautiful range of products, eKu.

"I have sought feedback over the last 20 years, always curious about what makes a great product and how it works. I could talk to someone about a peeler for hours!
So I put the knowledge gained over many years into the design cues and insights for every eKu product. I envisioned the brand being all around the world in homes like ours. Enjoying great food made with excellent products served beautifully for family & friends".

Can I track my Order?
If you provide an email address or phone number we will send through an order confirmation with tracking details for you to be able to track your order through Australia Post
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you have placed your eKu order we will ship it within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been packed you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details emailed or texted to you.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
Please email us at customercare@kitchenhomewares.com.au with your order number and the request changes you may have. We do fulfill our orders quickly, so we will do our best to ensure your request does happen.

Can I buy eKu in any shops?
Very Soon! eKu is available in stores within the USA, South Africa, and Korea. We will update the store listings on our website as more become available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship to most countries. Note that international shipping costs will be passed onto the customer. We ship from Sydney Australia.

What if an item is out of stock?
We will be alerted of the out-of-stock and can be notified via email when it comes back in stock. However, on the off occasion the product goes out of stock after you placed your order we will apologies and offer the option of waiting until it's back in stock, another product, or a refund.
What payment methods do eKu accept?
Credit card payments through our secured website. We have paypal option as well.
We also have gift cards avaiable for purchase!
What happens if I don’t like the product?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products from the time of purchase.
What will my order arrive in?
Your eKu order will arrive in either a compostible post bag option or sustainable box and tape option.

What are eKu products made from?
Utensils are made from BPA Free FDA and LFGB Nylons, plastic and stainless steel.
All eKu products are food safe with FDA and LFGB industry standards approved.

eKu is based in Sydney, Australia. Designed in New York, USA and made in China under strict quality control measures and approvals.
